Marlon Blanding is a native New Yorker with over 20 + years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Marlon attended North Carolina Central University and began his career working in banking, sales, and management. From humble beginnings, he saw real estate as a pathway to build generational wealth, and obtained his license in real estate in March 2003. As an experienced Broker in Real Estate in North Carolina and South Carolina, Marlon is committed to his clients and driven by a pursuit to empower clients through education.
As a Real Estate Broker, his goals include helping clients to achieve the goal of homeownership and to educate them about financial wellness. He meets one-on-one with his clients and provides an individualized plan to help them achieve homeownership.
